Support for Apple Vision Pro: AR and VR collaboration
We have adjusted TrueConf 3.5.5 for iOS/iPadOS for user-friendly work in a VR headset — now users can collaborate, participate in video conferences, and chat in virtual and augmented reality, using their gaze and hand gestures.
Default microphone muting
TrueConf 3.5.5 users can now select an option in the settings that allows them to connect to video conferences with the muted microphone, which increases privacy when using the application. You can enable the corresponding parameter in the Options — Conference section.
Dragging and minimizing the self-view
Users can now move and minimize their own video window — just tap on the image and drag it or take it off the screen.
Other useful enhancements:
- When making a point-to-point call to a user with the Recently Active status, the call status is now displayed on the screen. When you try to contact the other user, the Connecting status is displayed, and when one receives a notification of an incoming call, the Ringing status is displayed.
- When the user turns on the camera during an audio call, a notification The person you’re talking to has started sharing video is displayed in the lower left corner.
- The application loading speed for users with a large address book has been improved.
- The overall performance and stability of the application have been improved.
