Meet a new version of TrueConf client application for Windows! The update significantly improves app performance and extends the list of supported audio devices.
Control the application with hardware buttons of speakerphones and headsets
Earlier we enabled users to quickly mute or unmute the microphone and adjust the sound volume with the corresponding buttons on popular USB audio peripherals. In this update we have extended the list of compatible devices including:
- Headsets: Headsets: Logitech H570e, Logitech Zone Wired, Logitech Zone Wireless.
- Speakerphones: TrueConf Audio One, Jabra Speak 710 (in bundle with Jabra Link 370 Bluetooth adapter), Jabra Speak 410, Logitech P710e, Sennheiser SP 20, Phoenix Audio Spider (including including multiple daisy chained speakerphones using Phoenix Audio Power Hub), Phoenix Audio Duet Executive, Phoenix Audio Duet PCS, eMeet OfficeCore M2+.
- Logitech MeetUp conference camera with integrated audio.
- Video conferencing systems: Poly Studio, Logitech Rally.
To ensure compatibility with the supported devices, please extract files from this archive to the folder where the TrueConf application has been installed according to your operating system type.
Other improvements
- During the installation process, the application automatically recognizes the type of user account and checks whether the TrueConf client application has been installed on this PC by other users. This feature helps eliminate the situations when different users could install several application copies on the same computer.
- Improved application stability when re-connecting to the meeting, if Automatically receive calls and invitations option has been enabled.
- Improved application stability when adding H.323 endpoints to the meeting.
- Fixed extra slots displayed in the video layout.
