Web interface
The web interface allows you to remotely manage the TrueConf Group endpoint in the local network. By default, TCP port 80 is used to access the control panel via the HTTP protocol. It can be changed in the endpoint settings or in the control panel itself.
To change the port in the web interface, click on the Settings tab in the upper right corner. Then select HTTP on the left sidebar and under HTTP Settings subsection specify the required value in the Port: line. Then click the Apply button.
Changing the port for HTTPS connection (443 by default) can be done in the same way.
To enable TrueConf Group HTTPS support you need to download certificate files, private key and enter key password (if you specified it during generation). Instructions on how to enable HTTPS connection are available in our documentation.
LDAP
The 389 port is used by default to connect TrueConf Group to the LDAP server. To change the port, navigate to the Configuration → LDAP section from the main screen. Enter the new value in the Port: field.
To override the port in the web interface, click on the Settings tab in the upper right corner. Then select LDAP in the left sidebar and enter the new value in the Port: field. The changes will be applied automatically.

TrueConf Server and TrueConf MCU
When running TrueConf Group in integration with TrueConf Server, you can set the required port (443 is selected by default) for HTTPS connection. To do it, go to the Settings → Services → TrueConf Server section, type the required port in the Server field. The following format should be used: ”server_address:port”.
When TrueConf Group is integrated with TrueConf MCU, the standard HTTPS 443 port is used. It is not necessary to specify the port in the endpoint control panel.
Mail services
TrueConf Group can be connected to external mail services that make it possible to receive conference invitations and display them in the device calendar.
The IMAP and POP3 protocols with standard ports are available during integration. The 143 port is used in IMAP, while POP3 uses the 110 port.
