Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is one of the largest aerospace and defense manufacturers in Asia with an annual turnover of over US$3 billion. Established in 1940, the company is based in India and operates under the management of the Indian Ministry of Defence. HAL accounts for 11 research and development centers and 21 manufacturing divisions. The state-owned enterprise is primarily engaged in design, development, and manufacture of aircraft, helicopters, and their spare parts.

Problem

HAL is a large-scale enterprise with an extensive system of branches and requires regular coordination of work processes, monitoring progress and working productivity, solving economic and production issues. Staff members spent lots of time on preparing and conducting face-to-face working meetings and business trips to country-distributed offices.

Conference scheduler is used by the employees for planning and editing video conferences from both desktop and mobile client applications.
