TrueConf users can easily join any meeting hosted on SIP-enabled video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Cisco Webex, BlueJeans, or Lifesize Cloud. This feature is already available to all customers using TrueConf Server.
TrueConf users can connect to the video conferences hosted on cloud-based services with SIP access from their client applications. This feature was made possible thanks to a multi-protocol gateway built in TrueConf software to bridge the gap between video conferencing solutions of other vendors. By offering this opportunity, TrueConf tried to respond to the needs of many customers who had to deal with a broad range of cloud video conferencing services that lacked interoperability.
TrueConf users don’t need any extra plugins or licenses to take full advantage of this feature since it has already been natively integrated into TrueConf Server and client applications. A single tap in the client application can let TrueConf users become full-scale participants of a web conference held on Zoom, Cisco Webex, BlueJeans, Lifesize, or any other cloud-based service supporting SIP access. Besides, they can view and share content across different platforms to communicate with greater ease.
