Support for new licensing
In TrueConf Server 5.3, we’ve completely redesigned the licensing policy to make corporate messenger more available for businesses of all sizes. Starting from version 3.5.1, users of TrueConf mobile apps for iOS/iPadOS can request and prolong PRO licenses, as well as track their availability.
Disabling notifications in selected chats
Users of TrueConf 3.5.1 for iOS/iPadOS can now mute notifications in selected chats — you just need to swipe left on the selected chat and press the button.
Enabling and disabling waiting rooms on the fly
We’ve also added the ability to enable and disable the waiting room in a running conference on the fly. The corresponding parameter is available in the conference information panel, which is called by clicking on the meeting name.
Automatic image downloading in chats
In the new version, it is now possible to enable Auto downloading of images — this will make group and personal chats more user-friendly, as well as eliminate the need to manually download each image.
In the Options — Data and storage section, you can select the conditions under which automatic image downloading will be active (Never, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi and cellular network).
Other useful enhancements
- The Conference information panel now displays an indicator of meeting recording enabled on TrueConf Server
- We’ve added the ability to set an Additional status in the user profile
- You can now go to the Personal area on TrueConf Server right from the user profile.
