We are proud to introduce a new version of the Event service in TrueConf Online. Now you can get easy planning and payment
service, handy calendar for upcoming events and a lot of other nice features.
Now when you buy an event, you will see a simple and understandable form, which specifies only the number of participants. You can start
planning immediately after the payment.
While planning, the user will specify the date and time of the event. Also you can create a madeexternal page of the event: add a
description and attachments (presentations, images, Word documents, PDFs, etc.). The next step is sending an invitation to other
conference participants from your address book. Select contacts from your address book, and if necessary change the text of automatically
generated invitation.
All the events to which the user was invited by other users or organized by himself are shown in the user’s calendar. It is possible to use
a filter on paid and test activities.
With the new interface, you can easily monitor your availability and thus optimize the schedule of conferences.
Changes in the Event Section:
- Updated Event section page. Now you can choose to display information in the form of calendar or a list;
- The Host can attach presentations, text files and images to the page of the event for other participants to get acquainted with;
- Simplified Event purchasing and planning process;
- Automatic sending of invitations to conferences.
