TrueConf would like to draw your attention to the growing risk of scams and other cyber and email security threats that are affecting many organizations. Our team is trained to be constantly on the lookout for fraud attempts, and we encourage all our partners and customers to learn to detect suspicious emails and bank transfer frauds.

In order to ensure the security of your data and to prevent financial fraud, please pay close attention to the following:

  1. We are strongly asking you to be attentive to the email addresses sent from TrueConf. All TrueConf correspondence is performed only via @trueconf.com domain name. If you receive emails from TrueConf team sent from different email addresses, please do not reply to the fraudster and immediately report this incident at sales@trueconf.com.
  2. During the payment process, please pay attention to the safe payment requirements. We accept payments only to these verified payment options. Please treat any bank account changes as suspicious.
