Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is one of the largest aerospace and defense manufacturers based in India. Operating under the management of the Indian Ministry of Defence, the state-owned enterprise is primarily engaged in design, development, and manufacture of aircraft, helicopters, and their spare parts.
HAL is a large-scale enterprise that accounts for 11 research and development centers and 21 manufacturing divisions. The company requires regular coordination of work processes, monitoring progress and working productivity, solving economic and production issues. TrueConf solution creates a single address space which provides connection between staff members from different branches. With presence statuses, it is possible to instantly see who of the colleagues is available for a call and which device is used. A corporate messenger integrated into TrueConf client applications allows HAL’s employees to communicate and share files in personal and group chats that are synchronized across all devices of every user. Conference scheduler is used for planning and editing video conferences from both desktop and mobile client applications. It helps to simplify holding meetings and other work-related online conferences. The employees use collaboration tools that increase the productivity of interaction and streamline negotiation processes: public and private video meetings with link connection, PIN-protection, and flexible moderation, desktop and content sharing, remote desktop control, file storage, video conferencing recording, and much more.
