If you believe you’ve received a phishing email, follow these steps right away:

  • Double check the sender’s email address. All TrueConf correspondence is performed only via @trueconf.com domain name
  • Do not respond to the message, or click on any of the links
  • Do not provide any personal information, such as your full name and bank account details, or transfer any money that may be requested
  • Immediately inform us about this incident at sales@trueconf.com
  • Delete the suspicious email from your inbox

Reporting potential scams
