Are meetings overcomplicated? Sometimes businesses just want simplicity, especially when it comes to conferencing and that is where 1plex and Tech4Teams comes into the mix. Tech4Teams is the new website from 1plex which will feature a UC store and a blog with the biggest offering: Meeting Room in a Box. “We work quite heavily in the meeting room space and have installed many meeting room solutions. Being experts in this field and having come across a lot of brilliant, niche products, we wanted to share this valuable information and so launched Tech4Teams,” shared Karen Bolam, Marketing Manager for 1 plex, a company dealing heavily with Skype 4 Business.

With the help from TrueConf and NVIDIA, 4K, high-definition video conferencing is now possible. It will feel like everyone on the chat is in the room and not afar. It does not just serve conferencing purposes but friends can gather for a fun TV experience, as well. “TrueConf application brings ultra-high-definition video calls to 4K TVs,” Aleksandr Ivanov, Consumer Product Marketing Manager at NVIDIA, says. “NVIDIA devotes much attention not only to state-of-the-art hardware solutions, but also to essential developer tools. With a powerful scalable platform and advanced SDK, developers can add new functions to existing applications and create completely new solutions.”

The Yamaha CS-700 Video Sound Collaboration System for huddle rooms is now officially ready for shipment. It will make the audio and video impeccable for small meeting spaces. “Bringing together the technology expertise of both Yamaha and Revolabs, the CS-700 provides a dedicated UC platform that doesn’t sacrifice on quality and delivers exactly what users and technology managers need to support the growing number of huddle and small meeting room environments,” shared Mick Kamihara, chief executive officer, Revolabs.
