Lecture capture involves the recording of lesson activities using specific software and making that recording available electronically. With this solution you can record video presentations, manage video files, and show your video content on any device.
1. Download and run TrueConf Server.
2. Register your TrueConf Server with a registration key.
3. Create user accounts for your students.
4. Download client applications from your guest page.
5. Start your meeting.
6. Click Video recording on your conference window button.
7. Choose which of the participants you want to record in the pop-up window and start recording.
1. Start your TrueConf conference.
2. Click Video recording and open your PowerPoint slides.
3. Share your screen with other conference participants. All your shared content will be safely recorded.
For administrator
1. Open the TrueConf Server control panel and go to Reports → Conference recordings.
2. Here you can find the list of all recorded conferences and view, download, delete and filter them.
For user:
1. By default, video conference recordings are saved in .mp4 format to the Videos folder on your PC.
