How to Purchase

Depending on your server and the required number of connections, you could choose from several purchasing plans:

  • If you are using a corporate TrueConf Server, you can link the full version of TrueConf Room to the server by purchasing it as part of the TrueConf Server license. Applications TrueConf Room that authenticate on such a server (limited by the number defined by the license) will automatically enter the TrueConf Room state.

  • To activate the full version of TrueConf Room on a standalone device, including those connected to TrueConf Online, please contact the TrueConf sales department at sales@trueconf.com.

In the application settings on the About tab within the System info section, you can view information about the license status. If you are using the FREE plan, the Activate Full Version button will be available.

Activating a trial license

Our company offers you the opportunity to try the full version completely free for 21 days from the date of download TrueConf Room. To do this:

  1. When downloading, TrueConf Room complete the form, including your email address. The registration key will be sent to it.

  2. In the software terminal control panel, go to the Settings → About section and click the Activate Full version button:

  3. Enter the registration key you received in the email and click Activate:

  4. Make sure you are now using the full version of TrueConf Room:

Offline activation

This feature is available for the administrator only if there is no Internet connection.

To activate your license, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the Activate Full version button.

  2. Enter the registration key for your TrueConf Room.

  3. Download a generated activation key.

  4. Send it to the email, specifying "Activation TrueConf Room" in the subject line.

  5. Download a registration file you received in response.

  6. Click the Activate button.

What is a hardware key (HW-key)

The hardware key HW-key serves as a "snapshot" (checksum) of your computer's configuration. If this configuration changes, your hardware key may become unlinked, and as a result, TrueConf Room may not function.

Correction of the hardware key linked to your license is performed by TrueConf technical support completely free of charge. To do this, you need to submit a request, specifying the ID of your software terminal.

Before resetting the registration, ensure that you have the registration key that you entered in TrueConf Room. It can be found among the emails where the registration confirmation was sent, using ID TrueConf Room.

Hardware key (HW-key) binding settings

The list of parameters affecting the binding of a hardware key:

  • CPU model

  • Number of physical CPU cores and threads

  • Motherboard model

  • BIOS version

  • the section structure (layout) of the storage (SSD or HDD) where the OS with TrueConf Room is installed;

  • The operating system, please note that installation of any major update will also reset the hardware key, even if the OS is not changed.
