What is TrueConf Group

Terminal Purpose

VCS terminals TrueConf Group are hardware and software video conferencing systems designed for small, medium, and large meeting rooms. The terminal lineup includes models TrueConf Group and TrueConf Group Silent.

With this terminal, you can deploy a ready-to-use system for establishing video communication using SIP, H.323, RTSP, VNC, and NDI protocols. Depending on the configuration, it supports video communication with quality up to 2160p and can function as an MCU with up to 12 ports.

With TrueConf Group, you can:

  • Make video calls

  • Organize video conferences (if built-in MCU is enabled)

  • Record video meetings

  • Capture and share content from USB devices and video capture cards

  • Stream conferences to third-party platforms

  • Connect NDI and VNC video sources

  • control the terminal using a pre-configured touchscreen tablet with special firmware (this tablet is included in some supplied kits);

  • control the terminal via the WEB interface from a browser and touch panel (included in some packages);

  • leverage additional features when integrating with TrueConf Server and TrueConf MCU;

  • work with dual monitors simultaneously;

  • display the presentation and other content on an additional screen.

Thanks to its modular design, TrueConf Group can operate with various peripheral equipment:

  • compatible PTZ cameras operating via USB 2.0/USB 3.0/HDMI interfaces and supporting control via RS-232 (VISCA, Pelco-P, Pelco-D) or USB;

  • USB speakerphones

  • desktop tablet for terminal management;

  • Analog playback or audio capture devices

  • monitors connected via HDMI and DisplayPort.
