Event Log

You can view all actions performed on the TrueConf MCU server, such as adding and removing roles, authorizations, server reboots, updates, and others, in section Administration → Event log.

Event Log Management

Searching and exporting data from the event log is done in the filtering and search panel.

Functions of the event log filtering and search panel:

1. Filtering on TrueConf MCU security-related and system events;

2. Filtering by specific event types;

   

3. Search for an event by ID or event source;

4. Filtering events by date and time;

   

5. Export all events in CSV format.

List of events in the log

The following events are recorded on the TrueConf MCU server:

"Security" Category

• Authorization;

• Attempt and authorization lock;

• Attempt and blocking of connection to the conference;

• Creating or deleting an account;

• Changing login or password;

• Error changing login or password;

• Security settings modification;

• Error changing security settings.

Category "System"

• Adding and removing a role;

• Event log export;

• Server data cleanup;

• Restarting, shutting down, and updating the MCU;

• OS reboot;

• Start, stop, and complete MCU calibration;

• Export and import data;

• Changing the HTTPS Port;

• Changing the TLS Certificate;

• Export the history of all conferences or a specific conference.

• The system storage is full;

• Security settings modification;

• Restarting internal services WEB API / engine / proxy (data that may be needed for technical support);

• Execution errors for these actions.
