TrueConf Kiosk 4.1: Changes and Improvements

Meet TrueConf Kiosk 4.1 for Windows, a new version of our software which transforms self-service terminals and information desks into modern video kiosks for remote customer service. The update features the ability to customize the floating button, as well as a number of useful changes and improvements.

Flexible setting of the floating button

In the 4.0 update, we added a special operation mode where TrueConf Kiosk is hidden under a small button that is displayed over the OS desktop. Now you can customize its location by selecting one of the suggested placement options or setting the exact coordinates on the screen.

Other changes and improvements

• We’ve improved compatibility with other applications running in kiosk mode
• A special shortcut for restarting TrueConf Kiosk (“Restart TrueConf Kiosk“) has been added to the OS menu
• Media stream processing has been improved to enhance the quality of outcoming video and audio
• The overall stability of the application has been improved.
