Reports on Previous Conferences

August 23, 2019With TrueConf Server you can track server user activities, from calls and video conferences to settings.
TrueConf Online users can also view call and conference history in their personal area.
How to View TrueConf Server Conference Reports
- Go to Reports → Call History section in TrueConf Server control panel.
- Here you can find a table containing all past conference reports and filter them. Table time is displayed according to the time zone you have selected in System → Preferences menu.
- If you would like to get information about the conference, click the conference ID (Session ID column). Here you can find general conference data, guest and participant list.
- Press in order to download data in CSV format.

How to View Past Conference Details in TrueConf Online
- Open our website and proceed to your personal area.
- Go to Conferencing Log → Group Conferences section.
- Choose time period you need and press OK. You will see the list of past conferences.
