TrueConf 3.1.2 for Android: List of Upcoming Meetings and New Noise Suppression

We’re happy to release TrueConf 3.1.2, the latest update of our mobile app for Android.The new version brings a list of upcoming conferences, ability to invite users to chats and conferences from outside the address book, and improved noise suppression algorithm.

List of upcoming conferences

We have added a list of scheduled events to the Conference tab. You can now view upcoming meetings in advance and quickly join them without having to search for a link or conference ID.

Adding users not from the address book

In TrueConf 3.1.2 mobile app, you can invite users who are not in your address book to chats, channels, and running conferences. You just need to specify the user’s TrueConf ID and add them to the desired chat or conference.

Configuring screen sharing quality

Users of TrueConf for Android can now adjust screen sharing quality, prioritizing either High resolution or Higher frame rate. When sharing documents or presentations, we recommend choosing high resolution. For dynamic content (such as videos), prioritize frame rate for a smoother streaming.

Other changes and improvements

• We’ve improved the noise suppression algorithm for more effective background noise reduction.
• Notifications from chats can now be disabled in the Notifications and Sounds section.
• We’ve added proxy support for web elements, which will enable configuring the connection based on network requirements.
• The color theme of web pages automatically adjusts to match the device’s system settings.
