TrueConf Room 5.1.2: Improved Integration with TrueConf Calendar Connector

We are pleased to introduce TrueConf Room 5.1.2, the latest update of our software-based video conferencing endpoint for PCs and mini PCs. This version makes it easier to join scheduled meetings and improves the handling of calendar events.

Offline Meetings in the TrueConf Room Calendar

TrueConf Room now displays not only scheduled video conferences but also offline meetings from your Microsoft Exchange calendar. So, you can view the full calendar directly on your endpoint. This includes events that don’t require a video connection.

Other Changes and Improvements

• The Join button on the control panel main screen is now displayed for all scheduled video conferences, not just for the upcoming one.
• Fixed the bug that sometimes prevented the display of corporate calendar events on the main screen when TrueConf Server was integrated with TrueConf Calendar Connector.
• Video conferences now remain in the list of scheduled events even after their start.
• Added new parameters to certain API requests.
• Improved overall stability.
