TrueConf AI Server 1.0.2: Conference Summary
We are thrilled to introduce TrueConf AI Server 1.0.2, a new version of the conference transcription server! The latest update adds the ability to summarize meetings based on their transcriptions.
Summary
In TrueConf AI Server 1.0.2, we’ve added a summary module that analyzes meeting transcriptions using advanced algorithms and automatically generates excerpts with information about the discussion, assigned tasks, and upcoming meetings.
Summarization types
Depending on the meeting type, users can select their preferred summary format. With the help of customizable prompts, the language model analyzes the meeting transcription and extracts key points in the required format. By default, three summarization types are available: detailed points, assigned tasks, and short text.
In the TrueConf AI Server control panel, administrators can activate, create, or edit prompts. For each summary type, you can set a name and a brief description which will be displayed to a user when starting meeting summarization, as well as the prompt for the AI, which will be used to generate the meeting summary.
Additionally, in the Advanced settings, you can set or change additional parameters, such as the variation or the maximum token count for the resulting summary.
Advanced permission management
Administrators can now configure transcript access permissions for moderators and conference participants.
How to do it? In the TrueConf Server control panel, go to the TrueConf AI Server – Settings section and select the desired option.
This functionality is available when connected to TrueConf Server 5.5.3+
