On May 21 2015 Istanbul hosted its first international conference about video conferencing technologies, Video+Conference Turkey 2015. The conference hall at Biz Cevahir Hotel İstanbul gathered 45 participants, including the representatives of such companies as TrueConf, Grandstream, AviNet, DrayTek, Turkish Telecom market players, public sector representatives, and business owners from various fields. TrueConf took the role of the general sponsor of Video+Conference Turkey 2015, which was organized by our partners, AviNet.
The speakers shared their views with the audience on the current trends of Video Conferencing market, about new VC technologies, such as 3D conferencing, UltraHD video, WebRTC, and more. They also shared their experience of implementing video conferencing systems in CIS. The participants had an opportunity to visit the demo zone with demonstration of TrueCOnf software video conferencing server, the latest video conferencing terminal by Grandstream, and Sennheiser peripherals.
After the main part of the event was over, all the participants had a chance to ask any questions to the speakers, have a chat with other attendees, or test their luck in prize giveaway of Pebble Smartwatch.
