Plan Your Events For Free With Corporate Service Plan

We are proud to announce pleasant news for the subscribers of Corporate service plan: we have made the Event section free!

All members of pre-paid corporate group can use its features completely free. You will be able to use our simple planning interface, convenient calendar for upcoming events, and many other features. All that it takes is entering your Personal Area and planning an event in the Event Calendar. The maximum amount of participants in planned events is equal to the size of a corporate group. The more members are in the group, the more free participants in multipoint conferences you can invite!

Features of the Event section for Corporate service plan subscribers:

• Multipoint conference planning via a convenient interface. You can indicate the date and time of the event, design the event page and add the description and attachments (e.g. presentations, images, Word documents, PDFs, etc.).
• Sending invitations to the participants from the Address Book. You can choose users from your Address Book to send the invitations to and edit the automatically generated text of the invitation.
• The Event Calendar. You can use this tool to evaluate your free time and thus optimize the conference schedule. The calendar shows all the events to which the user is invited or acts as a Host.
