TrueConf’s technological path
We carefully study all your feedback and do our best to make our products more user-friendly.
During this year, we have introduced more than 40 product updates and held 6 special on-demand webinars, focusing on our releases and users’ questions.
In response to industry challenges, we have made TrueConf Server – our flagship team messaging and video collaboration platform – free for 50 users, released a new technology to protect video conferencing platforms from external threats, and supported integration with DLP systems and corporate calendars. Besides, we’ve introduced thousands of enhancements in our solutions for server infrastructure, meeting rooms, workplaces, and personal devices.

We have received 2 international awards for our contribution to the development of video conferencing:
- Leader in Crozdesk Video Conferencing Market Radar
- High Performer in G2 Grid for Video Conferencing
Exciting events
This year, we traveled around the world and showcased TrueConf’s best solutions at five largest AV & systems integration tradeshows: ISE 2023, InfoComm India and InfoComm Asia, GITEX Africa and GITEX Global.
Our team successfully hosted the first seminar for IT specialists in India, specially designed to address the topic of secure video collaboration.
2023 major projects
In 2023, we have provided video collaboration capabilities to thousands of satisfied users, including:
- A private cloud based on TrueConf Enterprise powers communications of more than 30,000+ employees in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited
- TrueConf video conferencing solution facilitated online personnel training and enhanced in-departmental communication in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra police departments
- More than 100 hospitals of the largest city in Vietnam TrueConf Server created an online collaboration link with the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City
