We’re glad to announce security updates for TrueConf Server, our messaging and video conferencing platform, for August 2025. We recommend using the latest versions of our software to ensure the highest level of communication security.
Note: when upgrading from version 5.5 to 5.5.1, from 5.4+ to 5.4.6, from 5.3+ to 5.3.7, there is no need to re-register the server. To update from versions 5.0 — 5.2.9, please contact TrueConf technical support team. Check our detailed guide.

Changes and improvements in TrueConf Server 5.5.1
- We’ve fixed an issue which made it impossible for uninvited participants to join a recurring conference after the owner ended it ahead of schedule.
