Rima Group, a major industrial company has connected its nine offices in various cities in Brazil using
TrueConf Server video conferencing server. This integration allows Rima Group to conduct
video meetings between co-workers from different offices, thus optimizing the processes of communication
and decision making.

Choosing TrueConf Server as the primary software was based on the optimal price/quality
rate, as well as on successful testing results. The most important requirement was the ability to conduct
video conferences with high-resolution video within a local network (Intranet). After thorough testing of
solutions by TrueConf and solutions from other vendors which have included the high cost of
equipment, the executive board of Rima Group decided to purchase TrueConf Server.
Now all the company’s offices are connected via a dedicated MPLS network, and
TrueConf Server itself is installed at the headquarters in Belo Horizonte, Brazil,
and is used for daily communication and meetings between employees from various offices.

TrueConf Server license for Rima Group includes all modes of group video conferencing in resolution
up to 4K (UltraHD) for all popular operating systems (Windows, Linux, OS X, Android, iOS), WebRTC
client with IM, collaboration tools (for example, Slide Show and Desktop Sharing), and video conference scheduling.
