On September 10, 2024, TrueConf team traveled to Vietnam for the first time to host a workshop for IT professionals. Despite adverse weather conditions, active networking and discussions flourished around TrueConf’s secure ecosystem, which ensures the autonomy of corporate communications and digital sovereignty for any organization.
Bui Minh Tuan, Director of Haproinfo, TrueConf’s official partner in Vietnam, made the official opening of the event and addressed the accelerating trend of organizations preferring on-premises solutions. He illustrated the benefits of TrueConf products for numerous Vietnamese companies that have successfully implemented these solutions to streamline workflows and promote seamless teamwork in the workplaces.
Rudolf Kotler, CBDO at TrueConf, focused his presentation on the risks of using cloud platforms for organizations with high security requirements, emphasizing the superiority of server solutions deployed within a company’s infrastructure. He underscored that self-hosted solutions provide autonomy, security, and complete independence from third parties. Additionally, Rudolf conducted visual demonstrations illustrating how TrueConf solutions for meeting rooms and SIP/H323 infrastructure empower organizations with 4K video conferencing capabilities.
Lev Yakupov, TrueConf’s CMO, centered his presentation on TrueConf products and the advantages they offer to organizations that require secure collaboration solutions that provide all the features available in cloud services. He gave a master class on TrueConf Server deployment within a company’s corporate network and reviewed the functionalities of the updated AI-powered messaging and conferencing apps for desktops and mobiles.
Alongside the coffee break and lunch, participants had the opportunity to test TrueConf solutions in the demo zone and discuss the current trends of UC&VC market. The event ended with a prize draw and participants awarding.
