TrueConf Server: Security Updates for September 2026

We have released an important security update for September 2026. We recommend immediately upgrading to the latest versions of TrueConf Server — 5.3.10, 5.4.10 and 5.5.6.
Declining to install the updates will reduce the protection of your video collaboration system against potential hacker attacks via the public Internet. Versions 5.4.10 and 5.3.10 are expected to be released soon.
Important! The updates are free for both corporate and free versions of TrueConf Server. Re-registration is not required when updating from:
- from 5.5.X to 5.5.6
- from 5.4.X to 5.4.10
- from 5.3.X to 5.3.10
For versions 5.2 and below — contact the manager or technical support.
When upgrading to version 5.5.6, your system drive must have free space equal to three times the current size of the system database (the database folder in the working directory). For example, if the database size is 100 GB, you must have 300 GB of free disk space available before upgrading.
We recommend checking the guide and creating a backup copy before installing the update. If you encounter issues starting TrueConf Server after the update, use your key to re-register the server.
For any questions, please contact TrueConf technical support.
