# Calendar

This section displays the current list of scheduled conferences, which is updated as new invitations and participation requests are received on the terminal.

To make sure that TrueConf Group can receive invitations, you will need to:

  1. The terminal administrator must configure the integration with TrueConf Server and TrueConf MCU. It is sufficient to provide the account details for TrueConf Server and TrueConf MCU to enable the integration.

  2. To receive invitations to events hosted on the TrueConf Server, you need to specify the user from item 1 in the participant list when creating the conference.

  3. To receive invitations for scheduled conferences in TrueConf MCU, add the participant specified in item 1 when creating the event.

  4. For compatibility with third-party video conferencing servers when TrueConf Calendar Connector is not available, you can use email integration.

When the event begins from the list of scheduled conferences, a reminder with the option to join the event will appear on the TrueConf Group screen. This is useful if the terminal was invited by email to a public conference (webinar) and does not receive a call for it.

# Connecting to the Conference

Conferences are displayed as a list of upcoming events, and if a meeting has already started, a Join button will appear, allowing you to connect to it.

To set the time period for displaying conferences, click Select time range:

You can manually set the time frame by specifying the desired dates in the Start and End fields. If this is not necessary, you can select the predefined periods for Today, Week, and Month.
