How to show a presentation and prepare it in advance
Terminal TrueConf Group allows you to stream content in calls and conferences.
Preparing Presentations
To pre-select a content source for sharing, go to the Presentation section on the main screen.

The device selection menu is activated by pressing the Device selection button. Here, you can add network sources such as RTSP and VNC, and below, you'll see external devices connected via an HDMI cable to the capture card.
To connect external devices via HDMI, the appropriate equipment TrueConf Group is required.
You can also display content from a file. To do this, connect an external USB drive and click the Choose a file button. TrueConf Group supports presentations from USB drives with images in PNG, JPG, TIFF formats, PDF documents, and videos in MKV, MP4, TS formats.
The presentation audio is always output to the meeting room speakers. During a conference, the presentation sound is mixed with the microphone signal. Muting the microphone does not disable the presentation audio.
When an HDMI source is connected, the content will automatically be displayed on the screen. Depending on the settings, it can also be automatically shared in the conference.
Presentation Sharing
To share content during a video call or conference:
- Press the button PC
on the control panel or tablet screen – Presentation → Select file.
If an external device is connected to TrueConf Group via HDMI, pressing PC
will open a list of connected devices for quick content sharing.
2. When you choose to display a file from a USB drive, a window will open showing its content. Use the navigation buttons to select the desired file.
- If the administrator has set the call settings to send via a button, a new video window with a preview of the selected content will appear on the terminal screen, and you should proceed to step 4. Otherwise, the content will be shared in the conference immediately.
4. To start the broadcast, press the PC
button on the remote control, then Device selection. All connected participants will see the displayed content in a separate video window. By default, the content will appear in a full-screen video window on the terminal, and this will not change when new participants join the conference. You can adjust the video layout using the

5. During the presentation, use the following control panel buttons:
Navigation buttons – for navigating between file pages or moving around a zoomed-in image;
zoom buttons – for adjusting the size of the broadcasted content image.
- To stop sharing content, press button PC
on the remote and select End content sharing.
