# How to Present a Presentation and Prepare it in Advance
The TrueConf Group terminal allows you to broadcast content during calls and conferences.
# Preparing Presentations
To select a content source for presentation in advance, go to the Presentation section on the main screen.

The device selection menu is activated by clicking the Choose device button. Here, you can add network sources such as RTSP, VNC, NDI, and below, you will see external devices connected via an HDMI cable to the capture card.
To connect external devices via HDMI, the appropriate configuration of the TrueConf Group is required.
You can also display content from a file. To do this, connect an external USB drive and click the Choose a file button. TrueConf Group supports presentations from USB drives with images in PNG, JPG, TIFF formats, PDF documents, and videos in MKV, MP4, TS formats.
The presentation audio is always output to the meeting room speakers. During the conference, the presentation audio is mixed with the microphone signal. Muting the microphone does not disable the presentation audio.
When an HDMI source is connected, the content will automatically be displayed on the screen. Depending on the settings, it can also be automatically shared in the conference.
