How to Renew TrueConf Server Free License

TrueConf Server Free license is valid for 1 year. You can renew your license 30 days prior to its expiration date or later (the number of such annual extensions is not limited).

How to renew TrueConf Server Free

Fill in the registration form on our website. Please make sure that your email address matches the email address you used when registering your TrueConf Server (proceed to Registration information section on TrueConf Server control panel).

Check your inbox: you will receive license extension notification. Please note that your registration key stays the same.

Restart TrueConf Server to update license information.

Congratulations, you have renewed your TrueConf Server license!

Troubleshooting

Case No 1. License information has not been updated

Make sure TrueConf Server can connect to our registration server via 4310 in order to obtain updated license. Refer to the article on TrueConf Server launch and registration troubleshooting.

Case No 2. The server has not started automaticallyIn this case your server status is red and stopped.

In order to tackle this problem try to restart the server manually. This can be done by pressing System/Start button:

Case No 3. None of the above helped

Press Register button in the Registration information section of TrueConf Server control panel.
Enter your registration key in the activation window (refer to the previous section of this article) in the corresponding field.
Press the Registration button.
