Application Settings
In the Settings menu of the application, you can:
Enable automatic app launch when the device is turned on (default setting).
Enable call reception only from subscribers in your address book.
Clear call history.
Change your ringtone.
Enable receiving messages only from contacts in your address book.
Delete chat history.
Set the ringtone for incoming messages.
Route calls through the server (for one-to-one video calls hosted via the server).
When using TrueConf cloud service, disable address book contact syncing.
Set permissions to record your video window during a call or group conference. Learn more about this feature in the client application documentationTrueConf.
Manually set the bitrate limitation for the incoming and outgoing streams.
Activate log collection to contact our technical support in case of any application issues.
View information about your app version.
Performance mode in conference
If during a conference your device's performance is insufficient for proper video display and layout, go to Settings → Performance → In-meeting video performance and manually set the appropriate mode:
- Highest - frame rate
60fps. - Balanced - frame rate
60fps. - Low - frame rate
30fps.
