# enableAudioReceiving

Description: enables or disables the reception of audio from a meeting participant.

Parameter description:

peerId - unique user identifier (TrueConf ID). It is recommended to use those obtained from the methods: newParticipantInConference, getConferenceParticipants. Applicability:
- PeerId - not supported
- CallId - not supported
- InstanceId - supported
enable — Flag to enable/disable reception.
requestId - a unique request identifier. You can learn more about it here.
