Michael Gotalsky

Michael Gotalsky, TrueConf CEO

Was born on July 31, 1978, graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Information Technology and Management Faculty.

Michael started working in the field of IT as a programmer. Since late 1990-s he has been working in video conferencing business, since 2002 – as an executive. As he started, he was paying more attention towards audio conferencing because of the peculiarities of the market, then he proceeded with video solutions. He was holding the position of CEO at Sitronics corporation up to 2007, when he became TrueConf CEO.

Area of expertise: video conferencing, team strategy, essential sales, business development.

Stanislav Soldatov

Stanislav Soldatov, TrueConf CTO

Stanislav Soldatov was born in Moscow on 14 March, 1978. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics in 1999.

From 1998 to 2002, Stanislav was working in the IT department of a large consumer goods company. In 2002, he began his career in the sphere of video conferencing development. Stanislav has been in his current position as Chief Technical Officer at TrueConf since 2006.

Area of expertise: video encoding, video and audio streaming, video processing, computer vision, 3D video, software development.

Dmitriy Odintsov

Dmitriy Odintsov, Chief Business Development Officer at TrueConf

Born on March 31st 1976 in Moscow. Graduated from Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation. Obtained "Project Management" degree in Bad Harzburger Management - Schule (Germany).

In 1995-2005 was one of the first IT managers in headquarters of AFK "Systema", and then worked as international strategy IT director. From 2005 to 2008 was working as IT director in a large food production company.

He has been working in TrueConf since 2008. Created the company's Sales Department and created a network of partners for promotion of video conferencing in CIS and international market.

Area of competence: video conferencing, online media services, social services, corporate IT resources management, enterprise IT infrastructure, copyright aspects relating to software development.
