This version makes it easier to join scheduled meetings and improves the handling of calendar events.<\/p>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<div class=\"button-group-container ui-mb-xs-3\">\r\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/products\/room.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" role=\"link\" class=\"default-button default-button--md default-button--orange default-button--rounded default-button--truncate default-button__download-icon default-button--right-icon white-icon ui-mt-sm-1 ui-mb-sm-1\">\r\n      <span class=\"default-button__text white-text\">Update<\/span>\r\n    <\/a>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"h4--main h4--thick black-text ui-mb-sm-1\">Offline Meetings in the TrueConf Room Calendar<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-xs-3\">TrueConf Room now displays not only scheduled video conferences but also offline meetings from your Microsoft Exchange calendar. So, you can view the full calendar directly on your endpoint. This includes events that don\u2019t require a video connection. \r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"accent-note accent-note--line ui-mb-sm-2\">\r\n    <p class=\"primary-smallest-text\">\r\n   <strong>This feature is available when TrueConf Server is integrated with TrueConf Calendar Connector.<\/strong>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"h4--main h4--thick black-text ui-mb-xs-3\">\r\nOther Changes and Improvements\r\n<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"ui-list ui-list--medium\">\r\n\t    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">\r\n                The <strong>Join <\/strong>button on the control panel main screen is now displayed for all scheduled video conferences, not just for the upcoming one.\r\n\r\n            <\/li>  \r\n\t    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">\r\n                Fixed the bug that sometimes prevented the display of corporate calendar events on the main screen when TrueConf Server was integrated with TrueConf Calendar Connector.\r\n\r\n            <\/li>   \r\n\t    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">\r\n                Video conferences now remain in the list of scheduled events even after their start. \r\n\r\n            <\/li>   \r\n\t    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">\r\n                Added new parameters to certain <a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/docs\/videosdk\/en\/v.2\/commands\/getScheduler\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">API requests<\/a>.\r\n\r\n            <\/li>   \r\n\t    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">\r\n                Improved overall stability.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<br>\r\nTo view the full list of changes, please refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/products\/changelog.html#room-5-1-2_2026-09-24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">release notes<\/a>.\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"We are pleased to introduce TrueConf Room 5.1.2, the latest update of our software-based video conferencing endpoint for PCs and mini PCs.
