This is a common setup for comfortable conference room meetings.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-1 ui-mt-xs-3\">In this configuration, moving content and the active speaker to dedicated monitors works seamlessly in both point-to-point calls and group conferences. Then:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"ui-list ui-list--medium ui-mb-sm-1 ui-mt-xs-3\">\r\n    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--num\">Use the <strong>Win + P<\/strong> keyboard shortcut to switch the multi-monitor mode to <strong>Extend<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--num\">Set the touchscreen as the primary monitor:\r\n        <ul class=\"ui-list ui-list--medium ui-mb-sm-1 ui-mt-xs-3\">\r\n            <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">Right-click on the desktop.<\/li>\r\n            <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">Select <strong>Display settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n            <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">To identify which monitor is which, click <strong>Identify<\/strong> \u2013 the numbers <b>1<\/b>, <b>2<\/b>, <b>3<\/b>, and <b>4<\/b> will appear on the respective screens.<\/li>\r\n            <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">Make sure the touch monitor is set as the main display. For example, if the number <b>1<\/b> appears on the touchscreen, select <strong>Monitor #1<\/strong> and check the <strong>Make this my main display<\/strong> box if it&#8217;s not already enabled.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n    <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"install\" class=\"h4--main h4--thick black-text ui-mb-xs-3 ui-mt-md-1\">Installing the Application on Windows<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"ui-list ui-list--medium ui-mb-sm-1 ui-mt-xs-3\">\r\n    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--num\">Download the TrueConf Room for Windows application.<\/li>\r\n    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--num\">Run the installer.<\/li>\r\n    <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--num\">In the <strong>Autostart options<\/strong> window, check the <strong>Launch automatically<\/strong> checkbox to add the TrueConf Room Service to the OS startup. primary monitor in the OS<\/a> (e.g., <strong>Monitor #1<\/strong>).<\/li>\r\n            <li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">For the <strong>Layout<\/strong> option, select <strong>Full monitors: the TrueConf Room settings on the touchscreen, and the main application window on the second monitor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"check\" class=\"h4--main h4--thick black-text ui-mb-xs-3 ui-mt-md-1\">Connecting to the Server and Testing the Layout<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-1 ui-mt-xs-3\">On first launch, the TrueConf Room <a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/docs\/room\/en\/scheme\/#main-screen-definition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">control panel<\/a> opens to the authorization page.
