\u201cDo not disturb\u201d status for offline meetings<\/h2>\n

It becomes easier to track employee availability. If a user has an offline event scheduled in the Outlook calendar, then the “Do not disturb” status will be automatically activated in TrueConf client applications during that time.<\/p>\n

Note! The feature is available when connected to TrueConf Server 5.5.6 and higher.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Support for room mailboxes (physical spaces)<\/h2>\n

The update introduces support for Microsoft\u00ae Exchange meeting rooms \u2014 room mailboxes of physical spaces. When creating an event, the room is assigned to the event and becomes unavailable for double-booking.<\/p>\n

Other changes and improvements<\/h2>\n

  • We\u2019ve added an additional indicator for calendar event synchronization in the Calendar section in TrueConf client applications and the user’s personal area<\/li>\n
  • Calendar events are now synchronized in the background even if the user is offline, improving overall synchronization speed<\/li>\n
  • We\u2019ve fixed an issue where some events could be duplicated in TrueConf<\/li>\n
