If a user has an offline event scheduled in the Outlook calendar, then the &#8220;Do not disturb&#8221; status will be automatically activated in TrueConf client applications during that time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mt-sm-1\">\n<div class=\"accent-note accent-note--line ui-mb-md-1\">\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-1\">Note! The feature is available when connected to TrueConf Server 5.5.6 and higher.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"h4--main h4--thick black-text ui-mt-sm-1 ui-mb-sm-1\">Support for room mailboxes (physical spaces)<\/h2>\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mt-sm-1\">The update introduces support for Microsoft\u00ae Exchange meeting rooms \u2014 room mailboxes of physical spaces. When creating an event, the room is assigned to the event and becomes unavailable for double-booking.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4--main h4--thick black-text ui-mt-sm-1 ui-mb-sm-1\">Other changes and improvements<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ui-list ui-list--medium\">\n<li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">We\u2019ve added an additional indicator for calendar event synchronization in the Calendar section in TrueConf client applications and the user&#8217;s personal area<\/li>\n<li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">Calendar events are now synchronized in the background even if the user is offline, improving overall synchronization speed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">We\u2019ve fixed an issue where some events could be duplicated in TrueConf<\/li>\n<li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\">The overall solution stability has been improved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re happy to release the 2.4 update of our solution for synchronizing calendar events between Microsoft Exchange and TrueConf Server.
