In Microsoft Outlook, users are divided into presence categories:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"ui-list ui-list--medium\">\r\n \t<li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\"><strong>Required<\/strong> \u2014 participants must be present, and if someone cannot attend, then the meeting will probably have to be rescheduled<\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"ui-list__item ui-list__item--disc\"><strong>Optional<\/strong> \u2014 absence will not affect the meeting.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-xs-3\">This information will be displayed in TrueConf client applications.
