Then, paste the server key which was generated on the TrueConf Server side beforehand. \r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/01.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-DvVAX3jU\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ui-mb-xs-3\" src=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/01.jpg\" alt=\"TrueConf AI Server\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\"><\/a>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-3\">\r\n   Servers can be connected with either <strong>full access<\/strong> level or <strong>read-only access level<\/strong>. Full access unlocks all transcription capabilities for the users of the selected video conferencing server. Read-only access allows users of the selected video conferencing server to view conference transcripts shared by users from other servers.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/02.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-DvVAX3jU\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ui-mb-sm-3\" src=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/02.jpg\" alt=\"TrueConf AI Server\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\"><\/a>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"h4--main h4--thick black-text ui-mb-xs-3\">\r\n    Scheduling conferences with transcription\r\n<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-3\">\r\n   Conference transcription can be enabled when creating a scheduled conference or a virtual room in TrueConf client applications, the user&#8217;s personal area, or the TrueConf Server control panel.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-smallest-text ui-mb-sm-3\">\r\n   <strong>How to enable?<\/strong> When creating a conference, go to the General tab and enable the Conference transcript option.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/03.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-DvVAX3jU\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ui-mb-sm-3\" src=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/03.jpg\" alt=\"TrueConf AI Server\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\"><\/a>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"h4--main h4--thick black-text ui-mb-xs-3\">\r\n    Conference transcription\r\n<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-3\">\r\n   The list of transcriptions available to a user is displayed in the corresponding section of the personal area, in TrueConf client applications, or in the user\u2019s area of TrueConf AI Server. Transcribed conferences can be <strong>Opened<\/strong>, while non-transcribed ones can be sent for transcription. The transcription status can be tracked in the corresponding column. The final transcript can also be found in the conference card in the corresponding section of the client application, the user&#8217;s personal area, or the TrueConf Server control panel.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/04.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-DvVAX3jU\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ui-mb-sm-3\" src=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/04.jpg\" alt=\"TrueConf AI Server\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\"><\/a>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"accent-note accent-note--line ui-mb-md-1\">\r\n    <p class=\"primary-smallest-text\">\r\n       The TrueConf Server administrator can also configure sending notifications to users when the conference transcription is completed\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-3\">\r\n   The final transcript can be displayed as <strong>a chat<\/strong> or <strong>a script<\/strong>, and you can play back the audio clip of a selected remark or the audio recording of the entire conference.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/05.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-DvVAX3jU\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ui-mb-sm-3\" src=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/05.jpg\" alt=\"TrueConf AI Server\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\"><\/a>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"h4--main h4--thick black-text ui-mb-xs-3\">\r\n    Export and archive management\r\n<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-3\">\r\n   TrueConf AI Server users can also save the transcription results in a text format or as a table. The conference audio recording can also be added to the transcription. Maintaining a meeting  archive in this format will significantly save space without the need to sacrifice any information.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-smallest-text ui-mb-sm-3\">\r\n   <strong>How to enable:<\/strong> click the icon next to the relevant conference and select the required file format. This enables quick identification of failures in the transcription server&#8217;s operation and monitoring of its availability.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/09.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-DvVAX3jU\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ui-mb-sm-3\" src=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/09.jpg\" alt=\"TrueConf AI Server\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\"><\/a>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-3\">\r\n   More detailed information about events that occurred on the transcription server is available in the <strong>Event log<\/strong>.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"h5--main h5--thick black-text ui-mb-xs-3\">\r\n    Storage management\r\n<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-medium-text ui-mb-sm-3\">\r\n   Information about the space occupied by conference recordings and transcripts from all video conferencing servers can be viewed in the <strong>Storage<\/strong> section. By clicking the  icon, you can clear all materials from a selected video conferencing server or from all servers at once.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/010.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-DvVAX3jU\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ui-mb-sm-3\" src=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/010.jpg\" alt=\"TrueConf AI Server\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\"><\/a>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"primary-smallest-text ui-mb-md-1\">\r\n   <strong>How to limit the storage capacity?<\/strong> Click <strong>Manage<\/strong> and select the total volume for files.
