It brings the ability to prohibit attendees from giving audio remarks, select the categories of users who will enter the waiting room when joining the conference, as well as other useful changes and improvements.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"marked_note marked_note--green\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">TrueConf web add-in for Microsoft Outlook is installed from the official Outlook store, and its <a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/news\/outlook-extended.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extended version<\/a> is installed using an MSI file and has more extensive features<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><center><a class=\"standard_button standard_button_cyan\" href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/features\/integration\/calendars.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Install<\/a><\/center>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Audio remarks disabling<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Starting with <a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/news\/trueconf-server-5-4.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TrueConf Server 5.4<\/a>, the conference owner can disable attendees to give short audio remarks. Users of TrueConf web add-in for Microsoft Outlook can now disable audio remarks when scheduling a meeting in <b>Smart meeting<\/b> mode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-2-1.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-hV9Mn2Uw\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18607\" style=\"border: 1px solid grey;\" src=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"auto\" height=\"auto\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selecting the categories of users entering the waiting room<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier in the <a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/news\/trueconf-outlook-update-1-1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">update of TrueConf add-in for Microsoft Outlook<\/a>, we supported waiting rooms.
