To work with any of these add-ons, you will need:<\/p>\n

- Personal or corporate-based Outlook user account.<\/li>\n
- Account on TrueConf Server<\/a> (TrueConf Online cloud service is not supported).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
This add-on is compatible with Outlook 2016 (or above) and with the web version of Outlook 365.<\/p>\n
In this article, we will describe all possible ways of installing both versions of the TrueConf add-on.<\/p>\n

Installing the web version of the add-on<\/h2>\n
There are two ways of installing the web version of the TrueConf add-on: from Microsoft Office Store or via a URL address. In both cases the installation may differ depending on the type of your Outlook account which can be either private or corporate.<\/p>\n
Where can I find a link to the Truconf web plugin?<\/h3>\n
When installing the plugin via a URL, you can use two link sources:<\/p>\n
- \n
- A link published on the official Truconf website \u2014 in this case, you will always receive the latest version of the plugin, but an Internet connection will be needed.<\/li>\n
- A link to the web plugin available in the server control panel \u2014 this option can be helpful if you do not have access to the Internet due to the security policies adopted in your company. The server administrator can find this link in the Extensions \u2192 Mail Plugins<\/a> section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Installation from Microsoft Office Store with a private Outlook account<\/h2>\n

- In the application main menu, click on the Get Add-ins<\/b> button.<\/li>\n

\n\nThe desktop version cannot be installed on the side of Microsoft Exchange for all its clients. However, since it is distributed as an MSI package, it can be installed on all machines in your corporate domain with the help of group policies. After installation, you will be able to find the TrueConf section on the Home tab of the Outlook control panel. This section will include buttons that will enable you to create a conference, sign in to your account and view information about the add-on.<\/p>\n
