Now, the webinar host can restrict access to unregistered participants and obtain all the necessary data about the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Participants<\/b> can connect to the conference with registration by<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completing the registration form with automatic email confirmation<\/li>\n<li>Receiving invitation from TrueConf Server administrator or conference owner<\/li>\n<li>Logging in with TrueConf account on the server hosting the webinar, if this option is enabled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Setting up and enabling mandatory registration<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can enable mandatory registration when creating or editing a scheduled public conference via<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TrueConf Server control panel<\/li>\n<li>User personal area (in the conference tab)<\/li>\n<li>Scheduler of TrueConf client app for Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS\/iPadOS, and Android.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1-form-settings.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-GGH692tS\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18607\" style=\"border: 1px solid grey;\" src=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1-form-settings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"auto\" height=\"auto\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this section, you can set conditions for closing the registration form, as well as fine-tune the required fields. Now, TrueConf Server administrator can set the number of authorization attempts manually.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Other useful enhancements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Reports&#8221; \u2014&#8221;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.trueconf.com\/server\/en\/admin\/web-config\/#events\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Events<\/a>&#8221; section now displays information on the deletion of video recordings by TrueConf Server administrator.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Reports&#8221; \u2014 &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.trueconf.com\/server\/en\/admin\/web-config\/#configuration-changes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Configuration Changes<\/a>&#8221; section now displays information on changing the conference layout when editing.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve improved the push notifications mechanism for TrueConf mobile apps to make sure that disabled user accounts don&#8217;t receive them.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve enhanced performance of the video conferencing system for group chats with a large number of participants.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve made improvements to the messenger: you can use the same <a href=\"https:\/\/trueconf.com\/features\/collaboration\/instant-messaging.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">group chat<\/a> for recurring meetings and virtual rooms.<\/li>\n<li>The overall performance and stability of the video conferencing system have also been enhanced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re glad to announce the release of TrueConf Server 5.2, the latest update of our all-in-one video conferencing platform.
