In order to prevent TrueConf emails from going to the spam folder we recommend that you add TrueConf to the list of safe senders. Simply choose your email service and read step-by-step instructions below.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gmail\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

To make sure emails get delivered to your Gmail inbox, please <\/span>add the sender\u2019s email address <\/span><\/i>to your Address Book or Custom Sender List.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Click the\u00a0 \"\"<\/a>\u00a0 sign and go to <\/span>See all settings<\/b> section.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Proceed to Filters<\/strong> and Blocked Addresses<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n

6. After that you\u2019ll see that all the listed email addresses have been added in a separate category. From now on, you can be sure that you\u2019ll never miss emails from the TrueConf team!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Outlook\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Click the\u00a0 \"\"<\/a>\u00a0 and go to <\/span>View all Outlook settings<\/b> tab.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
