TrueConf Acquires Video Conferencing Developer IntegrIT

TrueConf, a leading video conferencing developer in Eastern Europe, announced that it has acquired IntegrIT, a privately-held Russian company that provides software and hardware video conferencing offerings. The acquisition will power TrueConf’s conferencing technology for enterprises and open up a new potential markets for the vendor.

TrueConf closes acquisition of IntegrIT, a Russian video conferencing developer. IntegrIT’s products include Linux-based video conferencing room endpoint and software MCU bridge designed to connect legacy video conferencing systems from multiple sites. Acquiring IntegrIT will support TrueConf’s collaboration strategy of delivering video to multiple interoperable endpoints, servers, conference rooms, workplaces and mobile devices at scale from the same vendor.
