Hi Badruddeen KKBK,

1. PowerPoint presentation should not be missing. Please try to reInstall the TrueConf Online 6.5.0.

2. Make sure you camera is active. To set a picture as an avatar there are 2 options. TrueConf Online 6.5.0 > Tools > Take picture > Upload to my profile or use Take picture icon directly.

If still having the issue, please send us and E-mail on sales@trueconf.com, attach screenshot if possible, and please let me know your TrueConf Online ID.
