How to setup video?

You have decided to hold a video conference but know absolutely nothing about the necessary equipment and the possible problems? This article will help you to troubleshoot most common issues.

For point-to-point video conferences, held by two users, a simple web camera or portable camcorder will do.

For multipoint group video conferences, where all the participants see and hear each other, we would recommend you to use camcorders or PTZ cameras.

And for a virtual meeting (or Role Based Group Conference) we recommend to use PTZ web cameras or professional digital video cameras.

You can eliminate all these problems using camera advanced menu in the application. Choose "Settings..." option from the drop down list near the camera icon.
